HITCHES WITH AUSTRALIA. MR. BRUCE VISITS BRUSSELS. ' London, Nov. 21. “The conversations I had in Brussels were satisfactory and cleared up several misconceptions,” said the Australian High Commissioner, Mr. S. M. Bruce, when he returned to London.
