Dolfuss, Chancellor, and Prince Starheimberg, leader of the Heimwehr (Fascists), have reached an agreement and the whole of the Heimwehr joins the Chancellor in a patriotic front in which Prince Starheimberg becomes his right-hand man, completing with Major E. Fey a powerful triumvirate to combat the Nazi influence.
