DUNCAN WINS CHAMPIONSHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, Sept. 26. John Duncan (Wellington) defeated James Jefferies (Marlborough) 5 up and 4 in the final of the provincial golr championship. In spite of th' wind Duncan played a steady game, taking 56 for the 14 holes played, and he appeared set to return a bogey score.
