Here he sits in a low cart painted over with notices of his capacities, and guarantees to answer question of any passer-by concerning dates and facts ci history; If he is found making a mistake the questioner keeps the coin which he has paid to ask the question. However, afterrhis- living expenses have all been paid, Railroad Jack makes enough tn be able to give something to charity.
