VOTE OF WASHINGTON STATE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.50 p.m. • Seattle, Aug. 30. The State of Washington voted on Tuesday to repeal the prohibition amendment of the United States Constitution, this being the 24th State to do so.
