WATCH THE CALF PADDOCK.
Dairy Farmers should look to the condition of their calf paddock. Topdress liberally with lime and phosphates. Keep the grass short and when grass fails, provide some succulent substitute. Also provide plenty of clean drinking water, shelter and a salt lick. The best calfmeal to feed is “Tui. ’ Insist on Tui brand in original packages.
