INDIAN LEADER ARRESTED
PROTEST AT FOREST LAWS. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 10 p.m. Calcutta, Aug. 15. Aney, the All-India Congress president, was to-day arrested at Berar, in the Central Provinces, together with 13 followers, who, led by Aney, marched to a Government reserve forest protesting against the forest laws. Tribal sweepers are active on the frontier, where an Indian sepoy was killed and several wounded.
