REGULAR ABSENCE OF CRIME
MARLBOROUGH CONGRATULATED. By Telegraph—Press' Association. Blenheim, July 18. In the Supreme Court Mr. Justice Ostler congratulated, the district on the continued immunity' from crime. The only criminal case was three counts of burglary and theft against Edward Norman Connolly. Connolly pleaded not guilty in the lower court, but intimated this morning that he intended pleading guilty. The Grand Jury returned a formal' true bill without leaving the box and the prisoner was remanded for sentence.
