SUING FOR ARREARS OF RATES
CHRISTCHURCH CITY DECISION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, July 18. The Christchurch City Council has decided to sue for all outstanding rates and in cases where judgment has already been obtained notice will be given that the council intends to take action to have the properties disposed of and so secure the amounts owing.
