/ The Hon. Mr. Justice Ostler will preside at the sessions of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth opening on August 14. After 25 years of education work Mr. W. J. A. Farnell, headmaster of the Kaponga State school, will retire at the end of the present term. He has been in illhealth. ‘ '
