Clothes for Needy. The monthly meeting of the local branch of the Women’s Division of • the . / Farmers’ Union was held recently. There ' was a fair attendance. Mrs. C. Old pre- 1 •?. sided.' It was decided to send a number of articles made from material purchased ;• by the division to Sister Corkill to distribute amongst those in need. Mrs. T. : Potter won the first prize for the best article made from a sugar bag and Miss 1 : D Longstaff second prize. Afternoon tea was dispensed by the hostesses, Mesdames Arbuckle and Adams. -
