SKIN EXPORTERS FINED
POSSESSION OF OPOSSUM SKINS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Sydney, July 14. Riley Newman Limited, wool and skin exporters, were fined £4683 at the Central Court for having in their possession 1561 opossum skins. Opossums are protected animals. The skins were ordered to be forfeited.
