REDUCING PRODUCTION
AMERICAN FARM PROGRAMME. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Washington, July 10. The Secretary of Agriculture, Mr. Henry Wallace, said to-night that he would proceed with the programme of cutting the United States’ farm production, despite to-day’s forecast of the smallest grain harvest in decades.
