INTERNATIONAL ARMS CONTROL. CONTINUING CONFERENCE WORK. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, July 11. Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, opened conversations at Paris to-day with M. Daladier, French Prime Minister, and M. Paul Boncour, Foreign Minister. It is understood the discussion centred on international control of armaments, including those manufactured in private factories. As authorised by the general commission of the conference Mr. Henderson will later hold similar conversations in other European capitals.
