MR. HENDERSON GOES TO PARIS..

RECENT LONDON DISCUSSIONS.

(British Official Wireless.) - Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, July 10. Mr. Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, left London for Paris to-day to open direct negotiations which he has been empowered by the general commission of the conference to pursue with the various Governments. During his stay in London Mr. Henderson. had preliminary conversations with representatives of the British Government in their capacity as authors of the draft convention now before the conference.
