RUGBY LEAGUE TRIAL

TEAM FOR AUCKLAND TRIP. SELECTION ARRANGED FOR TO-DAY The Taranaki Rugby League Centre has arranged a trial game for selection of representatives to visit Auckland in quest of the Northern League Cup, and r this game will be played-at Inglewood to-day between teams known as. the Probables and the Possibles. It will be preceded by a curtain-raiser between the • Waitara team and a team selected from the other New Plymouth clubs.- The trial teams are:— PROBABLES. Full-back: Bedford. Three-quarters: Hall, Hunt, Pnar. Five-eighths: Arnold, McLaggan. Half: Cowley. . .; . Forwards: Lex Lewis, R. McDonald, Jim McLeod, McLeay, J. Fraser, Jack McLeod. ‘ POSSIBLES. Full-back: H.
