PRIMARY SCHOOL CRICKET
WAITARA DEFEAT WEST END. . A primary school cricket match between West End and Waitara at Pukekura Park yesterday was won by Waitara by 13 runs on the first innings. West End made 41 (Jury 23) the wickets befing taken by Galyer (5 for 2), C. Galyer (4 for 16) and. M. White (1 for 16). Waitara passed the West End score for seven wickets and totalled 54 (E. Hobson 14, W. Andrews 12). Jury took 3 for 9 and Berg 4 for 16.
