DIVORCE PETITION HEARD
LAST CASE IN SUPREME COURT. In a divorce petition heard by Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth yesterday Herbert Arthur Haycock was granted a decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, on the grounds of mutual separation from Elizabeth Ann Haycock. Custody of a child was granted the respondent. Provision was made for maintenance at £1 per week.
A petition for a decree on the grounds of desertion was withdrawn and the decree was made on a cross-petition by the respondent setting out mutual separation as the grounds.
