GOVERNMENT’S RELIEF POLICY.

Welsh Liberals, including six followers of Sir Herbert Samuel, have joined the new group forming the “Welsh eleven,” captained by Mr. Lloyd George, who are supporting a censure of thft Government’s unemployment policy. The Samuelites are tabling an amendment to the censure in order to escape the necessity of voting on the other motion.
