Proceeds in aid of Holy Trinity Church General Funds. Keep this afternoon free and come along. ELTHAM COUNTY COUNCIL. PENALTY ON RATES. A PENALTY of Ten Per Cent, will be added to all rates remaining impaid after 4 p.m. on SATURDAY, February 25, 1933. Ratepayers are warned that no remission of penalty can be allowed after the above date. In order to assist ratepayers who may find it impossible to pay the full amount due, the Council have agreed that a sum on account may be accepted, in order to reduce the penalty as much as possible.
