RETURN TO GERMANY. PERSONAL PRESENTATION. London, Feb. 7. The Emden’s nameplate, which is being returned to Germany by the Commonwealth Government, has been sent to Berlin. The Resident Minister, Mr. S. M. Bruce, has provisionally arranged to visit Berlin about February 21 and formally hand it over to the President, Marshal von Hindenburg.
