Entries for the Taranaki Metropolitan Agricultural Society’s 57th annual show to be held at. New Plymouth on March 8 and 9 will close definitely on Friday night next at 9 o’clock. Those who have not yet obtained a copy of the prize list should do so without delay either from their nearest A. and P. Society office or direct from the show secretary (Mr. W. P. Okey), whose address is Box 18, New Plymouth. Exhibitors in all sections are assured of the usual courtesy, hospitality and attention for which the New Plymouth fixture has become famous. An abundance of suitable green feed and a supply of soft turnips will be available throughout the show. The accommodation paddocks are in splendid condition after the recent rains, so that outside exhibitors should have no concern regarding the care of their stock. Boys and girls are asked to note that the officials are always pleased to see them taking an active interest in the show and would remind them of the special classes for ponies and grade and pedigree calves. Remember entries will close on Friday, February 24.
