Mr. W. J. Freeth, Ngahiwi, reports the sale of two splendidly bred pedigree Jersey heifers to Masters B. and W. Olley, Gisborne. This is a very interesting sale for Ngahiwi, as these two brothers are leaving school and starting in with a heifer each. Their father purchased a bull last year. Mr. C. Lemon, Westport, is also taking a yearling bull of great butterfat backing.* , ■
