PENALTY ON RATES FOR YEAR 1932-33. are reminded that Ten per cent, of the amount thereof will be added to all rates due the Board and unpaid after 5 p.m. on FRIDAY, March 24, 1933. In the meantime the Board has authorised me to accept payment of rates by instalments when circumstances make it difficult to pay -in full.
