PICTON WATERSIDERS’ DEMAND. EXCHANGE AND COST OF LIVING. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Blenheim, Feb. 13. The Picton Waterside Union at a stopwork meeting unanimously carried a motion demanding an increase in wages rates equal to the increase in the cost of living through the exchange rates.
