The vessel discharged 700 tons of London general cargo. She will complete at Gisborne, Wellington and Wanganui, clearing Wellington on January 30 for London, via the Panama Canal. SURREY A WEEK EARLIER. The steamer Surrey is due at New Plymouth from Bluff on Monday, a week earlier than originally scheduled. The vessel will load 8250 freight carcases of meat, 500 crates of cheese and 3000 boxes of butter and will complete at Lyttelton, Wanganui, Wellington and Auckland, sailing from Auckland on February 4 for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow, via Montevideo and Dakar. TANKER ELISE FOR NEW PLYMOUTH The Shell Oil Company has received cabled advice that the motor-tanker Elise left Singapore on January 14 with bulk motor-spirit for discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and New Plymouth. She is due on February 2. The Elise, which has a gross tonnage of 7910, was built in 1931 by Armstrong, Whitworth and Co., NewCaStle-on-Tyne. KIA ORA FROM LIVERPOOL.
