OUTBREAK OF CHICKEN POX
VOYAGE OF STEAMER CORNWALL. THREE CADETS TAKE COMPLAINT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. A mild outbreak of chicken' pox occurred during the voyage of the-steamer Cornwall, which arrived from Liverpool tb-day. The vessel is a training'ship for officers and carries 34 cadets, who are utilised as seamen. Three cadets contracted the complaint and were isolated on board by the ship’s doctor. The patients were convalescent when the steamer arrived and were taken to hospital for' further ’ medical attention.
