NEW SYSTEM IN RUSSIA. OUTCRY FROM PRODUCERS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Moscow, Dec. 20. The system of contract collecting of dairy produce from farms has been supplanted by a new method tinder which the producers pay taxes in milk, butter and cheese. There is already an outcry against the injustice of a fixed scale of values. For example, a farmer is credited with only 4d per litre for milk, the market value of which is 10s.
