YOUNG AUSTRALIANS’ TOUR
FORTY ARRIVE AT AUCKLAND. ______ ■ CIVIC RECEPTION ACCORDED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Dec. 20. A party of 40 boys, members of the band section of the Young Australia League, arrived, by the Marama to-day for a two months’ tour of New Zealand. They are under the charge of Mr. B. W. Caten and each is proficient in playing a band instrument. They were welcomed on the wharf by the Ponsonhy Boys’ Band and subsequently both bands marched up Queen Street to the Town Hall, where they were accorded a civic reception. - ' ' .
