GISBORNE HARBOUR SAVINGS
STAFF CUT AND REORGANISED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Dec. 20. The Gisborne Harbour Board has adopted a scheme of reducing and reorganising staff, effecting a saving of £2868 per annum.
