HOPE TO ESTABLISH RECORD
PROGRESS OF MRS. MOLLISON. By Telegraph—Pres- Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. London, Dec. 14. If Mrs. J. A. Mollison maintains the speed indicated by the latest messages through Paris she will probably beat her own outward record from London to Cape Town. Preparations are being made at Croydon for her reception. Mrs. Mollison arrived at Gao at 5.30 yesterday evening, nearly a day ahead of the record. She reached Duala. From Duala she cabled her husband, stating: “Unlucky again. Cannot arrive as expected on Wednesday.”
