PROGRESS WITH THREE BILLS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Mortgagors and Tenants’ Further Relief Bill was read a second time pro forma in the Legislative Council to-day and referred to the Statutes Revision Committee.
The Carterton and District Memorial Square Bill was read a second time. The Wellington City Empowering Bill was put through the remaining stages and passed. '
