PROVISION OF FACILITIES. J CONTROLLING BODIES MEET. The annual meetings of the. ;Ngamotu Seaside Resort Co., Ltd. and the Ngamotu Resort Committee were held last night at New Plyniouth, Mr. W. F. Short presiding over an attendance of five until the arrival of Mr. R. J. Deare. The balance-sheet of the Seaside Committee showed receipts totalling £203 9b< including rents £5l 4s, sale of cottage* £l5O and re-funds £1 Is. The payments included lighting £l3 fc, ground rents £6, repairs £2 19s Bd, water and sanitation £34 14s, and loan to -the Resort Company £146 9s 4d, the payments; thus equalling the income.
