A three years’ trial of the Ottawa tariffs agreement was decided upon by the committee of the Legislative Assembly, which had the Bill under considera-
tion. The committee suggests the appointment of 15 members of the Assembly to examine the working of the Ottawa pact and submit a report annually. . '
