COMING-OF-AGE PARTY.
About 60 friends assembled at the Mon Desir tea rooms on Monday evening to celebrate the coming-of-age of Mr. Raymond Bullot. An enjoyable evening was spent in dancing. During the evening several toasts were honoured, the health of the guest of honour being proposed by Mr. Barnham. Mr. Bullot replied. The health of Mr. Bullot’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Jackson, was proposed by Mr. C. Hannan, Mr. C. Duck replying. The birthday cake was made and given by Mrs. Hodges, aunt of Mr. Bullot. Music was supplied by Boulton’s orchestra, Mr. N. Rennie playing extras. Mr. C. Heatley acted as M.C.
