CAMPBELL’S ATTEMPT NEXT YEAR.

Rec. 5.5 p.xn. Rugby, Nov. 28. Sir Malcolm Campbell expects to Attempt to break his own world land speed record of 253.9 miles an hour in February. His old racing car the Bluebird has been re-built, strengthened and fitted with a 2500 h.p. Rolls Royce engine uf the type used in the Supermarine seaplane in which Flight-Lieutenant Stainforth set up a world air record of 407.5 miles an hour. The car will be shipped to Daytona Beach, Florida, in January.
