UNEMPLOYMENT BOARD GIFT

SINGLE MEN TO PARTICIPATE.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR CAMPERS.

By Telegraph.—Press Association.

Wellington, Last Night.

Single men will be able to have their share of the Unemployment Board’s Christmas box, according to advice received by Mr. D. G. Sullivan, M.P., from the administrative committee of the board. Single men in camps will be given a fortnight’s holiday at Christmas on camp pay and will receive half the fares to and from their homes. Single men for whom no work has been found—not those who have been placed—will receive consideration. Those who remain in camp will receive camp pay without work, as well as food supplies.
