LOADING OF PORT DUNEDIN
DECISION OF WATERSIDERS. TOO LATE FOR LABOUR CALL, By Telegraph.— Brets Association. Wellington, Nov. It is understood, that a stop-work meeting of watersiders decided to load the balance of the Port Dunedin’s meat 8000 carcases, but the decision was not officially notified to the company until too late for the labour call. The crew continued to work the ship during the day. A call for labour will be made on Monday morning. The ship leaves at noon on Monday for Gisborne and Auckland.
