SLAUGHTERMEN’S STRIKE
600 SHEEP CARCASES DAMAGED.
By Telegraph—Press Aus.—Copyright. Rec. 8 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 8. The abattoir# strike continues. The firm involved, the Rogers Meat Company, to-day discovered 500 carcases of mutton killed yesterday by the employees of other carcase butchers had been gravely mutilated, it is believed deliberately, in dressing. Steps are to be taken to prevent a repetition of the trouble.
