Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. C. E. Macmillan gave notice in the House of Representatives to-day of his intention to introduce the Dehorning of Cattle Bill. Mr. A. Murdoch gave notice of his intention to introduce the Whangarei Harbour Board Vesting Bill. On the motion of the Prime Minister the House decided that Government business should take precedence on all sitting days for the remainder of the session. Replying to Mr. H. G. R. Mason Mr. Forbes said there was no reason why th© business should not be finished before Christmas.
