Tallow: Market quiet and prices unchanged.

Hemp: Manila: Market dull and unchanged. Value of “K” grade for Novem-ber-January shipment. £l6 ss. Sisal: Market quiet but steady. No. 1, fair average quality, for November-January shipment sold at £l4 10s. and No. 2 fair average quality £l3 17s. 6d. New Zealand: Market dull, with no first-hand sales reported. Nominal value for No-vember-January shipment on the basis of high points £l5. Common offered at £l3 155., but no interest shown.

Peas: Maples: Spot stock small and values have advanced. Tasmanian ex store nominally 745. to 755. and New Zealand 725. 6d. New crop: Tasmanian, for.
