AMNESTY OFFERED EXILES
FASCISTS NOTHING TO FEAR. ANNOUNCEMENT BY MUSSOLINI. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 8.30 p.m. Rome, Oct. 26. Signor Mussolini at Milan electrified a huge audience in the cathedral square by announcing that he was prepared to order a general amnesty for political exiles who will recognise the Fascist regime. He alluded to them as the “derelicts and deludeds of the old political parties, from whom the Fascists had nothing to fear.”
