NEW SOUUTH WALES RELIEF PLAN By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, Aug. 5. The State Unemployment Relief-Coun-cil has decided to allocate £600,000 a? advances to settlers, repayment to be made in 15 years with interest at 3 pel’ cent. No advance is to exceed £3OO.
