CRITIC OF MODERN YOUTH
ADDRESS TO B.M.A. MEETING. MR. BLAKISTON MISREPORTED. By Telegraph—Press Assn,— Copyright London, July 31. Mr. C. H. Blackiston claims that he was seriously misreported at the conference of the British Medical Association. He was dealing with mental deficients and not with the average schoolboys when he made his criticisms. The war had a de- . finite result on those who were infants in 1914-18; consequently there was a large number of young people who worked feebly and played feebly. ,
