By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. London, June 8. L. Devonport, riding a New Imperial motor-cycle, won the lightweight Tourist Trophy race at the Isle of Man, averaging 70 miles an hour. The New Zealander, H. W. Tolley, riding a Cotton, retired, having exhausted his petiol.
