NEW SOUTH WALES INCIDENT.
MR. COLEMAN’S MEN WAYLAID. ' ______ By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Sydney, June 9. A lorry containing a number of Mr. Coleman’s workers was waylaid by a gang of men at Auburn last night and attacked. One man was admitted to hospital. Mr. Coleman’s supporters, who were greatly outnumbered, were dragged to the roadway and beaten and kicked. Mr. Coleman, who is opposing Mr. J. T. Lang in Auburn, later stated that if these tactics were adopted by the opposition he would arm his men.
