SUPREME COURT AT NAPIEI.
By Telegraph.—Press Associatioa. > Napier, June 9. In the Supreme Court yesterday before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, Ebenezer Hyslop was acquitte* on two charges of false pretences. It was alleged by the Crown that Hyslop, managing director of the Tow ist Motor Company, had knowingly made false declarations to an insurance company. 1 . ' The jury was absent for almost foW hours. The trial lasted three days.
