EVERYBODY’S THEATRE. "UNHOLY GARDEN" MALTNHE. “The Unholy Garden,” starring Ronald Coleman, will be screened at the matinee at Everybody’s, New Plymouth, to-day at 2 p,m. ' • COMMENCING TO-NIGHT. • “Dreyfus,” a British production based on the world-famous espionage trial, will commence a three-night season at Everybody’s to-night. “Dreyfus,” which cannot be told in a few words, concerns th« espionage of an officer who allowed important documents to find their way into the enemy’s hands. The reputation of the whole army was at' stake and someone had to be convicted to settle the minds of the public. Dreyfus, a Jew, was named, and changed with high treason. His guilt was not proved, but a charge had been made and a conviction must be entered. It was Emile Zola, the well-known author, wjio staked his. reputation on Dreyfus’ innocence and finally, after spending four terrible years on the Island, pressure was brought to bear and a fresh trial was ordered.
