TOTAL SURPLUS OF £10,555,000
ANALYSTS OF THE RETURNS.
(British Wireless.) Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, June 6. The commercial accounts of the British Post Office for the last _ year show a surplus on the postal service of £10,823,000, and a surplus on telephones of £576,000. The deficit on telegraphs was reduced by £lBO,OOO compared with the previous year, when it was £828,000. The total surplus is £10,555.000.
