INCOME TAX STANDARD SAME. RE-IMPOSITION OF TEA DUTYBy T«le«r»ph—Press Assn.—Copyright. V London, April 15. Mr. Neville Chamberlain has completed his plans for the Budget statement on Tuesday. The political correspondent of the Daily Telegraph predicts that no change v will be made in the standard rate of income-tax. Slight changes will bo made in the allowances. A reduction will be made in the beer tax, and the 4d per lb import duty on tea will be reimposed.
